Having a monthly planner and daily planner has eliminated the need for a weekly planner.

Anything I need to do is captured on the monthly planner, which I check in with before using my daily planner.

It’s helped me reduce overwhelm from seeing a week’s worth of tasks every day. I no longer feel defeated before I’ve begun!

This product is a digital download (not a hard copy) of A4 sized PDFs in black & white. They are designed for you to print off and attach to a standard size clipboard.

The day and date are listed vertically with a lined space for any appointments, reminders or notes. At the end of each date is a 2 box option for habit tracking or for documenting things like;

• appointments

• meal preparation
