The link to the Google Calendar is here.

Once you are signed into Google it’ll prompt you to add calendar. You can change the colour by clicking on the 3 dots next to the calendar name.

Want a quick look without visiting the Google calendar?
Here are all the timetables for each timezone (in UTC).

Please remember that there are no scheduled sessions between F9 and A9. During this weekend time, members who have access to the forum use our 24/7 body doubling room or organise their own body doubling sessions!

Calendar Updates | Last Update: 23rd March, 2024

  • A7 on the calendar is not a session that runs. The week starts with A9 and ends with F9.

  • Bookclub runs weekly starting F23.

* If your timezone doesn’t appear - please send me an email, I’d be happy to add it!

What happens on the weekend?
There are no scheduled sessions between F9 & A9

During this time, members with access to the forum can use our 24/7 body doubling room which is available to body double in with many members using it over the weekend! Sometimes members organise their own sessions, but with the Zoom room - no organisation is needed. You just show up!

What do the letters & numbers (A9, B7 etc) next to sessions mean?

Each hour space in the week has a code attached to it, A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3 etc so that there’s no need to learn all the time zones that members are in. It makes discussing (and organising) sessions a lot easier!

Before we had the codes, chats went like this (MF = memberfriend)

Me - I’ll be on a session later today!

MF - Which session are you attending? What time does it start?

Me - …It's my 10pm, which makes it... 2pm GMT, 6am PST, 9am EST, 3pm CET...

Now? Our chats are so much easier!

Me - I’ll be on a session later today!

MF - Which session are you attending? What time does it start?

Me - B23!
