This product is a digital download (not a hard copy) of 6 A4 sized PDFs. They are designed for you to print off and attach to a standard size clipboard.

Each sheet has a box up top for the day - and space for 3 reminders. There are 3 lined columns with a text box above each column and a dedicated “check this out later” space below.
This version best compliments my ADHD Actually Body Doubling Membership as it lists the times every 2 hours
