    • simple unstructured version : no times listed

    page 5 - 8

    • simple semi-structured version (great for my body doubling membership!) : times listed every 2 hours from 6am (6am, 8am, etc) or 7am (7am, 9am, etc)

    page 9 -12

    • simple structured version : times are listed every hour from 6am - 11pm (finishing at midnight) with a blank or lined check this out later space

    page 13 - 19

    • BLUE - unstructured, semi-structured and structured versions
