Whether it's your first time here, you're here every day, or you’re returning after a lonnng break, (like so many do!) your company is always appreciated on a session!
On the free trial? You have access to the scheduled sessions, but not the forum.
Monthly / yearly member? You have access to both the scheduled sessions and the forum, where you can access additional support including our 24/7 Zoom Room for additional body doubling!
This membership is self-service!
That means if you want to cancel / change your plan - you do it yourself.
You can do it when you first log in, or using the yellow button you logged in with that should now read Your Membership . It’s found on this page, you may need to scroll down. There’s also a link in the welcome email that was sent to you when you joined.

Explaining The Sessions ...in under 100 words!
You'll book a session and be emailed a Zoom link.
Click the link to join the session. You'll start in the waiting room until the main room opens after 5 minutes.
The host introduces the session & members can use the Zoom chat to ask questions, say hi, share goals etc or just get ready for the session. Members are let in as they arrive, and after 10 minutes the room is locked.
We divide into breakout rooms, 5-6 per room & body double for 45 mins - video on, sound muted. The session wraps up in the main room!

This is a membership suitable for all timezones!
During the week there are 61 scheduled and hosted sessions that run every 2 hours.

Our Member Forum
The forum is the membership's private social space that uses the platform Circle.
It works like a messaging board, and those who have used Facebook will find it operates similarly. There are different spaces for different topics and it's been great at providing additional support in between sessions.
