My body doubling membership, especially the forum, has shown me how helpful peer support can be. Despite connecting with others, sometimes we need a little more help than what peer support can offer. Whatever you’re carrying, no matter how big or small, you are allowed to ask for help and you don’t need to wait for things to be ‘worse’ before receiving support!
